The gardens and artwork around the premises were really impressive, it felt like staying in a private art gallery. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the on-site activities like table tennis and the jacuzzi. It was also nice being located in a quiet, secluded area.
The communication from staff was lacking. We had requested an additional bed for our child via email and never received a response, leading to confusion upon arrival.

My recent stay at a hidden gem resort in Ecuador was beyond amazing. the remote location gave a serene and peaceful feel with exotic gardens as far as the eyes could see. the interesting art pieces that adorned each space piqued my curiosity, and the vast room I stayed in had a grandeur that was felt throughout. the restaurant’s food was quite decent, and the spa facilities, pool, and sauna were lovely additions that provided the complete holiday relaxation I craved.
The location had a few pesky bugs lurking around that needed some repellent.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and patient. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including an art gallery, spa, and restaurant. The gardens were beautiful with many spots to relax and admire the artwork. Additionally, the room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and a magnificent view of the landscape.
Nothing could have been better. The hotel provided an excellent vacation experience that exceeded all our expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing business trip. the comfortable and spacious room made me feel like I was in a luxurious tropical paradise. the surrounding gardens were breathtaking and provided a peaceful and exotic backdrop for my stay. I appreciated the opportunity to try the restaurant's delicious dishes.
I had some difficulty communicating with the staff regarding an additional bed for my 4-year old.
